Our spine is the backbone of all our movements, it also houses our energy centres and allows our nervous system to channel messages throughout the body. In this workshop explore the relationship between the breath and the spine, combining ancient yoga wisdom and modern body science. Working with the breath, somatic movement, myofascial release and gentle movement to melt away tension, followed by deep restorative relaxation to integrate the practice; you will experience giving your spine some love and care.
About Yuna
Yuna loves to share her first hand experience of the subtle and powerful transformative effects of Yoga. Having practiced since childhood, her love for Yoga crystallised 10 years ago while pregnant with her son and experiencing corporate stress. She is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT200 hour teacher, currently studying as a Sophrology practitioner, and completing her RYT300 training.
