Founded by Vassia Simou, who brings over 15 years of experience in wellness marketing and events, Koukoulee is a realisation of her wellness philosophy and passion for ‘φιλοξενία’ (filoxenia)—a warm, Greek tradition of hospitality. Vassia, a burn-out survivor, and her team of hand-picked experts in yoga, Pilates, culinary arts, and wellness therapies, are dedicated to creating beautiful experiences which will leave you inspired, smiling and making the most of your time on Waiheke Island.
