Neither Koukoulee nor its directors and/or its managers either personally or in their capacity as managers/directors are responsible for any problems that may affect your booking arising from acts outside their control (eg weather, missing scheduled ferry or tickets being sold out)

Studio Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your class 3 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and be able to reschedule. In order to claim a refund you have to cancel 24 hours prior to the class. Koukoulee reserves the right to cancel a class if attendance is lower than 3 people with 2 hours notice.

Rescheduling a class is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled class. Rescheduling is allowed only once.

Please, note that these policies are put together to allow for the smooth running of our classes and to make sure that everyone who wishes to have a spot in our classes can have one.

Studio Return & Refund Policy

We do NOT offer refunds on any Single Classes, unused Class Packs, Memberships or Workshops. On a case by case basis we could offer credit.

We do NOT offer extensions on Class Packs unless there is a medical reason.

FOUNDER’S MEMBERSHIP POLICIES & CANCELLATION

Our Founder’s Membership is a 12-month contract and it is priced appropriately to reward our members’ commitment. The membership auto-renews every month for a year and once the year has concluded we will ask you whether you wish to renew and it will not roll over automatically. Founder’s memberships can be put on hold for up to 8 weeks/year - please ask us to do so.

We will cancel a membership if there is a medical reason that does not allow our members to join in any classes anymore or they’re moving off island suddenly. For any other reason, cancellation before the 12 months have concluded will incur a $100 fee. In any case, we require 4 weeks notice to cancel a membership.

There are memberships available that can be cancelled anytime. If you cannot commit to a whole year or your routines are unpredictable please purchase one of those. They are still very cost effective as long as you join in 5 classes/month.

Memberships & Packs

Memberships are billed on a monthly/weekly recurring basis.

Memberships and packs begin on the date of purchase and are for INDIVIDUAL USE ONLY. Credit left is not transferrable or refundable.

We can pause subscriptions or extend passes in the event of an injury or if you are going away for a while for up to 4 weeks at a time - 8 weeks/year in total.

The 3-month and 6-month memberships cannot be cancelled before the end of term unless there is a medical reason. In this case we will require proof of injury and 4 weeks notice.

The 12-month memberships can be cancelled after the first 6 months with 4 weeks notice and a $100 cancellation fee.

5-Packs are valid for five weeks from date of purchase. The 10- packs are valid for 10 weeks.

The week pass is billed once valid for seven days from the day of purchase.

The month pass is billed once and is valid for 30 days from the day of purchase.

We can extend on a case by case basis and we will extend if a class is cancelled. Please note that Koukoulee is not responsible if an individual’s routine changed and cannot attend classes anymore after their purchase.

Please note that neither Koukoulee nor its teachers are responsible for any injuries which may occur. You are responsible for notifying the teacher of any pre-existing injuries or other conditions.

THE PAMPER ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

Where possible, you need to provide at least 48 hours notice to change your appointment.

Any payment or deposit paid for your appointment is non-refundable and will be placed on an account with us. This is transferrable and can be used for future appointments or product purchases. Refunds will occur a 3% reversal fee.

If you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours, you are responsible for the cost of your session. We waive this for emergencies only. This is with respect to us and other clients who may have wanted your appointment time. You may send someone else in your place, just let us know.

As cancellations have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for a calendar year from the day of purchase. After the date of expiry Koukoulee holds no responsibility to fulfil the voucher.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash for any reason.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any offers or discount.

EVENT TICKETS CANCELLATION POLICY

1)       The booking can be cancelled with no penalty (except for transaction fees) if made within 1 day from the date of confirmation.

2) After this period (1 day) cancellations are not refundable.

3) It’s in the discretion of Koukoulee and its directors/managers to transfer tickets to other events.

4) If a guest is unable to travel or attend the event, we agree on the transfer of the ticket(s) to another person(s).

PRIVATE EVENTS

The booking can be cancelled with no penalty (except for transaction fees) if made in writing within 3 days from the date of confirmation.

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of scheduled event time are non-refundable. Bookings can be amended to another date and/or time with a notice of at least 7 days of scheduled event time - subject to availability. Participants that fail to present themselves (‘no show’) will forfeit 100% of their payment.

Bookings cancelled more than 30 days of the confirmed date will incur a 25% cancellation fee. After this there is a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within the week prior to the confirmed date will forfeit 100% of their payment.

Where a booking is changed to reduce or increase the number of guests the booking fee will be reduced or increased appropriately to the change (typically the value change will equate to an additional ‘seat’ cost per person as well as any accommodation changes necessary to accommodate additional guests).

Where a change to a booking results in the number of guests or total fee falling below the lower limit set out in section 6 no refund will be due. 

We accept credit cards with a 3.7% surcharge.
