Join us for a magical evening of sound and gentle breath with Samantha. Samantha will start with a a couple of breathing exercises to help us relax and feel present before she starts the sound bath using crystal, Tibetan bowls, her voice and other instruments. Throughout this journey, you will raise your energy frequency vibrations and sound healing. When you raise your vibration, you allow yourself to experience greater personal power, greater clarity, greater peace, greater love & greater joy!

About Samantha
Yoga has been a part of Samantha’s life for over 15 years, and her practice has helped her to grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully.
Completing her first yoga teacher training in the south of France, 200 hour Vinyasa Flow, with Patrick Loubert Samantha further continued her studies around the world: 200 hour Hot Yoga in Spain, 100 hour Yin & Yoga Nidra training in Bali, 50 hour Aerial Yoga in Bali, 50 hour Fly High Yoga in Bali, 20 hour Prenatal Yoga in New Zealand. She believes we are all continuously learning and evolving. Samantha, herself, has a strong daily practice and has also studied breathwork and sound healing.
