What to expect:
Charlotte will start with a short meditation to slow down and feel present.
She will then briefly share her knowledge around facial massage - the benefits, different types, best oils to use, the healing nature of touch.
We will then move on to showcase different techniques and practise. Don’t worry if you’re on your own. We will all be practising on ourselves. Charlotte will show us techniques to use in our day-to-day routine and also techniques to target specific issues, like a headache, blocked sinuses and more.
Finally, we’ll finish with a blissful savasana combined with light touch.
