Satya - yoga teacher
Satya’s connection with yoga began in Mexico in 1998 following a spiritual search. She practised and studied a few healing modalities like zen shiatsu, Thai massage, and reiki . However, it was yoga that always was encouraged her to go deeper. Satya was already a physical education teacher.
She decided to become a yoga teacher after a blissful savasana and she’s been teaching ever since. Satya is teaching a variety of yoga classes from Vinyasa to restorative to yoga conditioning and Nidra.

She is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and Hormone Yoga Therapist (350+ IYTA), Mindfulness Practitioner and a Professional Certified Coach (ACC ICF). Every class is tailored around the student, to best support their needs and wants on that very day. Her regular students know to come with an intent for the class in their hearts to get the most out of the nurturing and energising sessions.
